    OPENING HOURS:

    • Monday – Thursday & Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Friday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

     

  • Pre-Booking

    Advance booking is not required, but we highly recommend it, especially during August, when demand is at its highest.

    Minimum Age

    Participants must be at least 16 years old. Jumpers under the age of 18 must provide written parental or guardian consent.

    Identification

    Any valid government-issued photo ID is accepted, including a passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence.

    Languages

    Our entire team speaks fluent English, ensuring clear communication throughout the experience. Over the years, we have welcomed visitors from all over the world and have never experienced communication issues. We have even successfully accommodated deaf participants.

    No previous experience or special skills are required. We will guide you through every step of the process, making the experience safe, simple, and enjoyable.
